Outlet collector
The outlet collector is replaceable. It has 9 nozzles to connect the filtering plates with 2.75" (70 mm) between centers.
Vibrator
For the dry cake discharge, the machine is equipped with a high frequency pneumatic vibrator. Compressed air estimated consumption: 224.55 gpm (850 lpm) at 6 bar g.

Inside the filter there is a 13.77" (350 mm) butterfly valve with an ASA 150 flange, with a double acting pneumatic actuator.

Filtering plates
Each plate consists of 5 layers attached by automatic riveting hammer:
- (1x) 4 x 4 central mesh in SS 304 stainless steel
- (2x) 8 x 8 supporting mesh in SS 304 stainless steel
- (2x) 24 x 110 Hollander filter in SS 304 stainless steel
Finish
The outside of carbon steel surfaces is sanded and epoxy-coated. The inside is coated with vegetable oil. |
